If you're a goal-oriented Appointment Setter with a passion to help businesses succeed, and possess the ability to identify and develop new business prospects, then we'd love to have you join our team! **You will be responsible for**: - Prospecting for new businesses to develop relationships - Building and maintaining a database with potentially interested prospects and following up on future business opportunities - Tracking and reporting on account activity - Making outbound calls/processing inbound calls to achieve weekly and monthly goals - Qualifying leads and setting appointments for the Sales Team - Setting demo schedules for the Sales team - Explaining basic features and services being offered to the clients - Other related duties as assigned **Requirements**: - Minimum of 3 years experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Leads Generation Specialist preferably for U.S.based clients - High level of proficiency in the English language - Demonstrated track record of over-achieving targets - Possess an in-depth knowledge of effective lead mining and lead generation strategies including the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources as well as industry best practices. - Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills - Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. - Experience gained from any of the following industries: Healthcare, Financial / Insurance, Construction, Logistics, Digital Marketing, etc, - Goal focused - Proactive with strong work ethics - Proficiency with different tools and cloud-based platforms such as MS Office, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Suite, and common CRM systems - Possess own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 and above, or equivalent - Stable internet connectivity of at least 25mbps - Sustained comfortability and efficiency in a work-from-home set-up **Benefits**: - Permanent work-from-home set-up - Competitive starting rate paid in USD, plus performance incentives - Remote work allowance - Retention bonus - Paid US holidays - Performance merit increases every 6 months of employment - Growth and development opportunities - Health allowance
