Key responsibilities include managing payment processes for all projects, issuing purchase orders for reimbursements and contract fees, coordinating budget setup in Oracle with the accounting team, conducting payment forecasts for all projects, and sourcing supplier data. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - 2-3 years of experience in project and construction purchasing. - Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. - Knowledge of project scheduling, purchasing, shipping, Incoterms, and processes. - Strong team player with integrity, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and independently. - Excellent writing, documentation, coordination, and analytical skills.
