Key Responsibilities: - Data Discovery & Exploration: Identify, collect, and assess relevant datasets from internal and external sources to support business objectives. - SME Collaboration: Partner with SMEs across departments to understand business requirements and domain-specific challenges. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data discovery processes and enhance data accessibility for SMEs. Requirements - Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. - Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on data discovery and stakeholder engagement. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets, experience with Python, R, or similar for data analysis and visualization. - Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
