Job Description: Coupa is a leading provider of spend management solutions that help businesses large and small make margins multiply. We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, CO. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the health and efficiency of our marketing and campaign execution - from campaign setup, templating, automations and lead creation/scoring. This position will serve as a neutral, cross-functional partner to monitor, report on, and analyze marketing and lead development processes. Your work will help maintain a healthy pipeline, speed up lead-to-deal conversion, and support revenue growth across the business. Responsibilities: - Support the build, deployment and optimizing of Marketing / Sales / Lead Management efforts via automation tools (Marketo, LeanData, Outreach, etc.) including templates, workflows, triggers, smart campaigns, lead scoring, database health, UTMs, and QA for accurate execution. - Ensure all Marketing/Sales efforts are set up according to best practices, in alignment with established processes, are effective, scalable, and will be measurable so that every marketing touchpoint is attributable. - Collaborate closely with our digital and field marketing teams to identify gaps and underperforming sequences or system/tool setups; and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness and ensure marketing is optimizing and measuring and continually improving its efforts. - Work closely with Marketing/Sales Leadership and Sales Enablement to ensure teams are using tools/campaigns effectively and making necessary updates based on performance data. - Support use of approved sales enablement tools to be most effective and consistent (ex: Outreach). Serve as the primary liaison with tool support to troubleshoot issues, roll out new features, and optimize platform usage based on evolving business needs and best practices. - Maintain data integrity & cleanup via regularly auditing programs/automations to archive inactive or duplicate sequences/programs, allowing the company to accurately track what works. Requirements: - 5+ years of marketing experience preferred, with expertise in both digital and traditional channels and a strong understanding of B2B demand generation and sales processes. - Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, LeanData, Outreach, Goldcast), spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and CRM/BI systems such as Salesforce and Tableau; able to leverage Marketo to its full potential in data-driven, collaborative environments. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead projects, work cross-functionally with North America and South America, and build internal relationships. - Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings, managing multiple priorities with initiative and autonomy. - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on translating processes into impactful business outcomes.
