The Virtual Assistant is a crucial part of our company, providing administrative support to Realtors by promptly advising clients interested in buying or selling properties in Las Vegas, Nevada. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, following up with qualifying clients, sending text messages, and contacting potential clients. **Responsibilities**: - Schedule and coordinate appointments for lenders and real estate agents - Remind the Virtual Assistant Director and Operations team about deadlines and important tasks - Manage CRM Follow Up Boss, Calendly, BAND, One Drive, and other company tools - Implement and maintain administrative procedures and systems - Cold call new prospects to generate qualified clients and close deals - Collect potential prospects via the corporate Facebook page and other sources - Handle calls from potential, new, or existing clients - Follow up with clients to meet their requirements - Maintain company monthly indicators above average **Required Experience** - 2 years of customer service experience in a call center - Use of online scheduling tools and calendars (e.g., Google Calendar) - Time management skills - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) - Competent use of corporate software (TimeDoctor) for time tracking - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively **Requirements**: - Availability Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm - Stable internet connection (20MB or higher) and a reliable laptop or PC - Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions - Availability to connect via Zoom with the camera on during required times **Compensation and Payment**: - Base salary $750 USD - Bonuses + Incentives + Performance rewards + Reimbursement bonus for social security or health plans - Rewards for breaking records - Reimbursement bonus: Up to $75 for social security or health plans **Company Expectations**: - Minimum connection of 8 hours daily from 9 am to 6 pm (Vegas time) - Meet daily, weekly, and monthly management indicators - Complete required contact attempts - Up to 2 absences per month allowed without deduction **Additional Benefits**: - Freelance Agreement: Full-time 1-year contract with possible renewal - Longevity Bonus: Additional paid days according to seniority each year - 100% remote work Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Fecha límite para postularse: 07/09/2024
