Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and common areas. Your primary duties will include: - Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms according to established standards and procedures. - Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, minibar, and guest amenities as needed. - Preparing rooms to meet special guest needs and requirements. - Stocking, maintaining, and transporting housekeeping supply carts on a daily basis. - Reporting any incidents or maintenance deficiencies to your supervisor. - Cleaning and maintaining common areas, including furniture and decor. - Assisting other floor staff members as needed. - Implementing quality control procedures for housekeeping and laundry services. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: - At least 6 months' experience in a similar function. - A secondary school diploma or equivalent education. - Fluency in local language and knowledge of English is highly valuable. - Strong customer service skills. - Organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
