You will act as a key bridge between the business and the client, ensuring efficient operations aligned with company profitability. What you will do: Lead the operational strategy to ensure efficiency and goal achievement. Constantly evaluate and optimize key KPIs to improve performance. Coordinate headcount and financial planning for efficient resource use. Ensure the recruitment process aligns with client needs. Supervise and enhance BPO operations, guaranteeing quality and customer satisfaction. Manage operations in a multicultural environment with bilingual and regional accounts (LATAM, Brazil preferred). What you need to excel in this role: Degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields. Over three years of experience in operations management, leading teams across two hierarchical levels. Experience in customer service, BPO, mass consumption, and/or retail. Knowledge of nearshoring and Contact Center service export (Brazil preferred). Proficiency in KPIs, process management, customer service, and quality assurance. Mandatory C1 English level.
