Success hinges on proactive communication, deft project orchestration, and an ability to translate storytelling goals into a clear production cadence. Daily Focus The manager welcomes every new client with a structured onboarding call, sets milestones for episode planning, recording, and distribution, and keeps stakeholders informed through concise status updates. Production timelines, guest calendars, and hand-off points are managed within the CRM, with automations built in Zapier or Make to trigger task reminders, asset requests, and approval nudges to ensure smooth workflow. The manager reviews download trends, listener feedback, and campaign metrics weekly, providing insights and recommendations to enhance reach. When obstacles arise, the manager surfaces options, aligns expectations, and coordinates with internal teams to keep delivery on track. Ideal Candidate Profile Three or more years managing post-sale relationships for a tech-enabled service, preferably in media, content marketing, or SaaS, are required. Hands-on experience with workflow automation in Zapier or Make is essential, as many processes depend on reliable triggers and data handoffs. Comfort with Zoom meetings, clear written updates, and a solutions-oriented approach are important.
