Propósito: Aplicar las mejores prácticas clínicas basadas en la evidencia científica en el manejo terapéutico de los pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica y aguda atendidos en la Red Nacional de RTS bajo la supervisión del médico nefrólogo, alineados con los estándares mínimos de habilitación, indicadores clínicos y de calidad, acordes con las metas corporativas y código de ética médica. (Ley 23 de 1981). Responsabilidades Realizar la valoración y diagnóstico de acuerdo con los hallazgos clínicos en el paciente con enfermedad renal crónica o aguda en cada fase de su estado de salud y presentarlos al médico nefrólogo para elaborar el plan de cuidado y formulación bajo la directriz y supervisión directa del especialista y registrarlo en el sistema informático definido por la organización. Conocer y aplicar los procedimientos, protocolos y guías de manejos vigentes en Baxter-RTS, para la atención médica bajo la supervisión del nefrólogo. Ofrecer estrategias de atención a los pacientes para mejorar su condición clínica y adaptación a su entorno con una patología renal de manera integral bajo la supervisión del médico nefrólogo. Asegurar la atención básica y avanzada a pacientes que requieran reanimación cerebro-cardiopulmonar dentro de la IPS. Otras funciones inherentes al cargo. Perfil Medico General con experiencia mínima de seis (6) meses en cargos asistenciales y de atención a pacientes. Deseable experiencia en terapias de reemplazo renal: hemodiálisis, diálisis peritoneal.
