You will not be writing copy or inventing strategy. You’ll be installing, optimizing, and managing high-leverage ad systems rooted in proven performance frameworks. If you love reverse-engineering top-performing campaigns, managing testing systems, and working inside proven formulas this is the role for you. Responsibilities: Running the 16-day training sprint and building all four playbooks. Maintaining documentation for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads systems. Assigning ad buildout tasks (visual or copy) through structured internal briefs. Building and organizing swipe files tagged by hook, format, and platform. Managing campaign setups, launches, budgets, and testing sequences. Tracking performance data and flagging what needs to scale, stop, or be optimized. (eCommerce) Execute ad campaigns using TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads. Manage creator briefs, product angles, platform-specific tests. Monitor ROAS, pacing, and ad fatigue. Personal Brands Use YouTube and Meta to grow video views, email lists, and product sales. Plan full-funnel performance workflows based on available assets. Manage retargeting and lead gen optimization campaigns. Future Clients Execute ads using the same mentor frameworks across industries. Modify targeting and formats to match the brand’s goals, without altering strategy. Maintain discipline across all platform execution. Requirements: Ad Platform Fluency: Confident with TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and Google Ads (including Performance Max). Campaign Setup & Optimization: Able to structure, launch, monitor, and scale ad campaigns. Swipe Library Management: Can gather, tag, and organize top-performing examples by platform, hook, and structure. Brief Writing: Capable of writing crystal-clear briefs for copy and design based strictly on frameworks. SOP Creation: Can translate what’s learned into process docs that others can follow. A/B Testing: Experienced with variable testing: hook, CTA, creative format, offer positioning. Budget & Pacing Management: Knows how to monitor spend, flag issues, and prevent overspend or underspend. Data Analysis: Reads CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS to diagnose and optimize performance. Skills: Systems Thinker: Obsessed with building repeatable workflows. Detail-Oriented: Catches small execution errors before they cost money. Coachable: Follows frameworks exactly without adding unnecessary complexity. Fast Executor: Moves quickly and makes decisions based on data. Focused: Ignores trends that don’t apply to the system. Clear Communicator: Able to brief the team without confusion or rework. Resourceful: Knows how to research, study, and solve problems independently. Accountability-Driven: Measures work by performance outcomes, not input alone. Work Setup Requirements: To perform this role effectively, you must have: A quiet home office space to work optimally.
