We specialize in fabricating innovative precast products for residential and commercial applications. As a hands-on, entrepreneurial team, we’re looking for a leader who’s ready to help scale a modern manufacturing operation from the ground up. Position Summary: As Project Engineer , you'll lead the design and development of our precast concrete products from concept through production. You'll bring a deep understanding of structural systems, materials, and building codes to craft practical and visually compelling solutions. This is a foundational role with room to grow as the company scales. Key Responsibilities: Design structural and architectural precast components for residential and commercial projects. Create detailed drawings, layouts, and technical documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software. Perform structural analysis and coordinate with external engineering consultants as needed. Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure design feasibility and efficiency. Develop and maintain product specifications, submittals, and engineering documentation. Ensure designs comply with relevant codes (ACI, PCI, IBC) and industry standards. Innovate new systems or processes to reduce costs and improve performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of structural or precast concrete design experience. Proficiency in CAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools. Familiarity with PCI and ACI design standards and requirements. Strong knowledge of material behavior, load paths, and constructability. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for design innovation. Preferred Certifications: PE license (or on track to obtain). PCI certifications. Competitive Base Salary : $80,000 – $105,000 per year, depending on experience and licensure.
