What You'll Do: - Ability to function as an individual Technical Architect(TA) on customer implementations to ensure the maximum value is derived from our integration services, by quantifying the value, driving adoption, sharing best practices, answering business questions, identifying opportunities. - Effectively partner and communicate with customer senior management teams during Coupa implementations to influence the strategies, decisions and impacts. - You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer requests and complaints. - Manage escalations, expectations and work with Coupa / Customer project managers to meet project timeline and quality obligations - Manage and mentor newly hired TA’s on the team and Partners to successfully deliver the solution - Apply knowledge and standard methodologies to influence & lead strategy and design during customer implementations. - Lead Specialized Customer Success at scale initiatives - Work well in both individual and team settings both on and off client site
