Our fast-growing private lending company is looking for an Remote Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in U.S. real estate and outbound calls, this is your opportunity to pivot into the lending space and help real estate investors fund more deals while you make serious money. **Key Responsibilities** - Proactively generate and qualify new leads from inbound and outbound sources - Build relationships with real estate investors, wholesalers, brokers and agents - Consult with clients to understand their funding needs and guide them through loan options - Maintain and manage a strong loan pipeline - Follow up with warm and cold leads to drive loan submissions - Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to ensure a smooth funding process - Ensure an amazing “WOW” client experience - Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for lead conversion and funded loans - 2+ years of sales for U.S. based firms (wholesaling, mortgage, investing, real estate, call centers, etc.) - Top level fluent in English - Financial product sales, insurance sales, or mortgage experience - Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals - Previous cold calling or lead generation success - Loves math and numbers - Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills - Familiarity with private lending, DSCR loans, fix & flip, or BRRRR strategies is a plus - CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Podio, Salesforce) **Qualifications**: - **Language**: Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently and clearly. - **Education**: A Four Year College Degree is Required; bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred. - **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in private lending or financial services. - Strong understanding of loan servicing processes and financial documentation. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with loan management software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **What We Offer**: - Competitive salary and performance-based commission and bonuses! - Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. - A collaborative and supportive work environment. **How to Apply**: If you are passionate about providing exceptional client service and are eager to grow your career in private lending, we would love to hear from you!
