We are looking for talented and dynamic IT Technical Support. Your role will be about providing IT support for our team including technical setups, and information security a positive attitude will ensure you're successful in this role **Responsibilities**: - Maintain customer databases by updating account information - Set up new customer accounts by recording account information - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Troubleshooting and maintenance to the equipment from the office - Support agents with any issues they have with the system - Process manual charges when agents have issues with the platform - Merging duplicate accounts from customers **Requirements**: B2 - C1 English Level, be able to write, speak and listen to a native American speaker. Bachelor's Degree Preferred 3-5 years of call center management experience with inbound/outbound or blended experience A team player with the ability to work cross-functionally across the organization **Language**: - English (required)
