If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with caring colleagues, we'd love to meet you! :) What You Will Do Own the entire testing process for your team, including representing quality in cross-team discussions, requirements analysis, test planning, test case definition and execution, and test case automation; Advocate for a quality mindset across your team and the product – ‘build quality in’, ‘automation-first’, and ‘shift left testing’; Help define and implement performance and scalability testing strategies; Monitor and improve CI/CD pipelines; Develop a deep understanding of business needs and technical roadmaps, and set clear quality standards in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering Leads; Maintain and extend existing test automation frameworks, and evaluate or build new frameworks to support automation strategies. Must Haves 6+ years of experience delivering high-quality products and facilitating automation tests in an enterprise software environment; Strong hands-on test automation experience with JavaScript; Knowledge of the complete QA cycle and experience with various types of testing, including building and enhancing automation frameworks; Strategic vision for test automation, owning and driving automation strategy; Experience building automated API tests and frameworks with RestAssured or similar tools; Knowledge of TypeScript; Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, TestCafe, or Karate; Familiarity with cloud services like AWS; Understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and a tester mindset; Experience with CI/CD, build pipelines, RESTful APIs, JSON, Swagger; Proficiency with Git, source code repositories, and code commenting tools; Experience with CI tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions; Ability to handle pull requests, cherry-picks, and resolve merge conflicts; Experience writing performance test scripts with Gatling or JMeter; Understanding of security best practices, including OWASP; Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit; Proven initiative and leadership qualities; Upper-Intermediate English level.
