Qualifications - Education: required to have minimum of Bachelor's degree in IT or technical related major - Good understanding of business and systems concept, including SaaS, OTT, IPTV, DRM, network topology and protocols, video streaming transfer, encode/transcode, encrypt/decrypt and play - Customer Service skills: good at communicating with clients and different departments - Technical skills: Linux skill, stream media system knowledges - Effective English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, better knowing Chinese Responsibilities - Ensure SaaS system and systems belong to us working well, monitor service and capacity, knowing the rule of expanding - Handle the issues of SaaS system, including app and platform, and relevant systems like streaming media, payment, etc. - Knowing how to set up monitor systems, like Zabbix, Grafana, and AWS tools, by different methods to realize alarm and monitor SaaS system easily to inspect and receive information - Conclude issues cause and push relevant department to solve, response quickly and strongly to set up process to solve the root cause to avoid issues happening again - Assess clients' needs and develop an accurate configuration that supports their business processes, - Support external clients and colleagues in the implementation of technical systems and software solutions, to travel if projects need - Responsible in 7*24, be positive, of challenge, and able to handle pressure, in initial stage need to be on duty, 5 days a week, the rest days not always on weekends, sometimes need to work at holidays Desired requirements - Experience with SaaS platform business - Experience with OTT, Live and VoD streaming Benefits - Join with us Descripción del trabajo Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet , consectetur adipiscing elit.
