Job Description Software (SWA) involves defining, specifying, and allocating requirements from various sources using systems engineering processes. It includes processing use case and feature requirements into models, scenarios, and technical specifications. The role covers specification, design, implementation, and testing of software such as device drivers, microcode, and firmware, aligned with system architecture. It also involves establishing and maintaining Software Configuration Management (SCM) practices within development projects, continuously improving infrastructure tools and systems. Responsibilities 1. Customize, deploy, and integrate software with Nokia Core products. 2. Track project KPIs and ensure quality delivery to customers. 3. Manage internal and external stakeholders, providing solutions from multiple sources and technologies. 4. Create implementation plans for site integration, delivery, and technical infrastructure documentation. 5. Gather customer requirements, analyze, specify features, and assess feasibility. 6. Contribute to migration procedures and document knowledge using tools like Share Point, Confluence, GIT, etc. 7. Work autonomously in a mixed environment, applying best practices and business knowledge to improve products or services. 8. Coordinate with team members and resolve conflicts within the team. 9. Act as a professional advisor and mentor, sharing ideas for organizational growth. 10. Manage technical delivery from subcontractors and address their daily technical needs. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 2. Knowledge of core Nokia products. 3. Over 9 years of relevant experience in leading and managing software projects from development to support. 4. Understanding of software service delivery and support. 5. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Python/Java, Linux is advantageous. 6. Expertise in REST APIs, Microservices, and microservice architectures. 7. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and message broker architectures. 8. Experience with data visualization tools like Open Search, Victoria Metrics, Grafana, and database management with PostgreSQL and MySQL/MariaDB. 9. Fluent in English and Spanish. Desired Skills 1. Understanding of Java VM operation and its relation to Linux OS. 2. Knowledge of web servers like Tomcat, Web Sphere, JBoss. 3. Knowledge of network security, VPN, and IPSEC.
