Position Summary/Resumen De Posición The vision is to achieve the long-term strategic and tactical sales and distribution plan for the Monster brand portfolio in support of the Company’s business objectives. In this position, you will implement the long-term strategic and tactical sales and distribution plan for the Monster brand portfolio, supporting the company's objectives. You will manage distributor/bottler business results in the assigned region/district within the Coca Cola Operating Unit and be responsible for the success of the company in that territory. This will be accomplished through effective distributor management skills, solid fieldwork skills (negotiation, visits, and market execution), and the ability to develop strong relationships. Funciones Esenciales Del Trabajo Manage relationships with Distributors and some Customers in the assigned territory, and be responsible for market execution in Traditional Trade and Modern Trade. Entrenar a la fuerza de ventas del distribuidor / embotelladores para involucrarlos con la marca y los objetivos de Monster. Align all national and regional strategies with the Region Manager for the assigned territory and propose adjustments. Ensure the execution of strategies for all company products and achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives. Maximize sales and distribution through local and national sales programs. Monitor market and retailer activity to develop cost-effective strategies that drive volume and profitability. Develop and maximize partnerships to improve performance. Use objective tools and feedback to set performance goals and evaluate results. Conduct business performance reviews with distributors/Bottlers to track and adjust efforts. Receive sales information from the bottler/Region. Ensure the targeted use of sales tools and programs, ensuring distributors' compliance. Collaborate with National Sales and Regional Account Teams to understand and communicate customer programs. Set, communicate, and manage performance expectations; monitor and evaluate employee performance; provide development opportunities. Ensure the Sales Team understands and adheres to Company standards and procedures. Requisitos del Puesto Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, wholesale, or distributor environments.
