Responsibilities - Execute candidate sourcing and attraction plan including engaging candidates from known talent pools (Internal ATS/ CRM Alumni pools etc..) - Ensure recruitment services meet contractual obligations and client SLAs. - Lead hiring strategy meetings to agree on recruitment plans with hiring managers. - Use data led sourcing insights to determine the best hiring strategy for each requisition, leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis Skills & Experience - Experience in full cycle recruitment (Oil & Gas industry preferred) - Experience working in a metrics focused environment - Experience with reporting and tracking in an ATS system - Ability to build relationships with hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
