Main Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client requirements. - Design and implement customized Oracle Flexcube solutions tailored to meet client objectives. - Develop and deliver training programs for clients on effective utilization of the system. - Promote cross-selling opportunities by actively engaging with clients and understanding their evolving business needs. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions. Key Skills and Qualifications: - At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Flexcube implementation, maintenance, and support. - Detailed knowledge of banking systems, including core banking, online banking, mobile banking, and payment processing. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality consulting services that meet or exceed client expectations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. - Ability to travel frequently for client visits and project implementations.
