We're looking for our next Production Manager Experience: 5+ years in high-level audiovisual or advertising projects Lead the entire postproduction process — from the initial brief to final delivery (with client applause, of course). Coordinate editors, colorists, sound designers, VFX and motion artists. Ensure top-tier visual and technical quality. Around here, “just okay” is never enough. Be the bridge between creativity, technology, and clients. Drive new ways of producing with AI tools and optimized workflows. What you should bring in your toolkit: Expert-level mastery of VFX and postproduction software like Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects. The ability to juggle (metaphorically) multiple projects without missing a beat. A sharp eye that catches even the tiniest pixel out of place. Confidence when presenting and defending creative decisions with clients. A passion for innovation and making a lasting impact on every project.
