Responsibilities - Application Assessment: Review and assess student applications for both VET and Higher Education courses, ensuring completeness, validity, and compliance with entry requirements. - Admissions Processing: Process student applications in line with internal policies, ensuring all criteria are met and that conditional and unconditional Letters of Offer are issued accurately and within agreed turnaround times. - Student Communication: Maintain clear communication with prospective students and agents, managing follow-ups for unconverted offers and providing timely updates ahead of course commencement. - Document Management: Issue eCoEs from PRISMS and ensure all student records are maintained accurately in the student management systems. - Student and Agent Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to agents and prospective students, ensuring a smooth admission process and gathering feedback to improve service. - Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including the ESOS Act, RTO Standards, and Higher Education Standards. Support the team with quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement processes. - General Administration: Complete any other administrative tasks as directed by the International Admissions Manager. Qualifications - A Bachelors degree or higher is preferred. - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Experience with PRISMS, Student Management System (SMS) software (RTO Manager and Wisenet preferred), and CRM systems (Zendesk and HubSpot preferred). - Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with students, agents, and internal teams. - Excellent IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and student management software. - Proactive work habits with a keen eye for detail and strong time-management skills.
