We are passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to our community, ensuring that every artist’s voice is heard, and their music reaches a global audience. **Key Responsibilities**: - Social Media Management: - Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). - Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. - Implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness. - Customer Support: - Provide exceptional customer support on social media channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with our community. - Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure consistency and accuracy in responses. - Online Community Management: - Engage with online communities relevant to OFFstep, such as Reddit, forums, and other platforms. - Foster a positive and active community environment by initiating discussions, responding to posts, and moderating content. - Content Creation: - Write and publish high-quality blogs, guides, and other content that resonates with our target audience. - Ensure all written content is clear, SEO friendly, compelling, and aligns with OFFstep’s brand voice. **Requirements**: - Experience: 2-4 years of experience in social media management, community management, or a related field. - Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences and trends - Ability to create engaging content and manage multiple social media accounts. - Experience in providing customer support on social media channels. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not required. - Location: Based in Mexico or Colombia.
