Ubicación: Cali Reporta a: Gerente de Planta Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial Como Gerente Mantenimiento y Confiabilidad , serás responsable de liderar la estrategia de seguridad y confiabilidad para los equipos de mantenimiento, desarrollando pilares clave como Gestión, Personas, Calidad y Confiabilidad. Tu objetivo será alcanzar cero lesiones y cero fallas, posicionando la planta como referente global en eficiencia operativa. Tu función será: - Diseñar e implementar estrategias de mantenimiento basadas en el Libro de Confiabilidad IPS. - Liderar la mejora continua en seguridad, calidad, medio ambiente e ingeniería. - Desarrollar y optimizar el uso de SAP PM como herramienta crítica para la confiabilidad y control de costos. - Monitorear indicadores de desempeño como OEE para garantizar la disponibilidad de equipos. - Consolidar un equipo de mantenimiento sólido y alineado con la estrategia IPS. - Promover el desarrollo del talento técnico y liderazgo dentro del equipo. - Fomentar relaciones colaborativas con líderes locales, regionales y globales Tu perfil debe contar con estas calificaciones: - Ingeniero Mecánico, Electromecánico o afines. - +3 años en roles gerenciales/estrategicos en mantenimiento y confiabilidad. - Certificaciones RCM/TPM y dominio de CMMS (SAP PM). - Inglés intermedio-avanzado (interacción global). - Habilidades en liderazgo, toma de decisiones, negociación y transformación cultural.
