Relocation Specialist Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Relocation Specialist to join our Piping and Valve Group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing operation and project support, technical consultations, and maintaining standards on issues related to piping and pipelines. - Assess compliance with standard regulations and design basis for piping and pipelines. - Support operation-related piping and assessments. - Conduct fitness-for-service analysis of piping and components. - Manage standards for SAES, SAEP, SABP, and SAMSSs related to piping and pipelines. - Determine design pressure, temperature, material, and pipe diameter. - Review maximum piping layout spans and component ratings. - Analyze free span and on-bottom conditions using submarine-free-span criteria. - Provide technical advisory services and operational support to organizations. - Lead technology evaluations of latest piping systems. - Conduct and review stress analysis and special studies. - Review pipeline integrity programs. - Assess plant operations and witness local manufacturing activities. - Develop ideas for major technical studies or projects. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil and Gas. - Experience with BOM, PMS, ISS, PID, and ISO. - Technical knowledge of piping materials, selection philosophy, and connections. - Familiarity with design codes (ASME, ASTM, API, MSS-SP, AWWA, etc.). - Ability to read and review hydrotest diagrams and procedures. - Knowledge of engineering design software (Stress Analysis, FEA). - Project phase and review cycle expertise. - Awareness of materials properties and inspection types.
