Your Role The Sea Logistics Healthcare/ReeferOperational Care Manager is responsible for managing theHealthcare/Reefer Operational team(s). They are the expert inoperational processes and drive a team to provide first-classservices according to the global and national sea logisticsstandards. Responsible for operational excellence to support thegrowth, gross profit and indirect expenses for Healthcare/ReeferTeam. Oversees and coordinates a team of Operations Supervisors,Team Leads and Specialists, within the Operational Care Center(OCC). Take the lead to optimize the operational process and KPI(Key Performance Indicators) performance within the team. TheOperations Manager ensures that they provide the best operationalsupport for new business opportunities and improve underperformingbusiness and are responsible for driving continuous improvementinitiatives across the department. Your Responsibilities - Provideleadership and direction to the Operational Care team, includingsupervisors, while establishing and maintaining a positive employeeexperience. - Ensure that disciplinary and poor performance issuesare dealt with quickly and correctly. - Ensure operationalproductivity KPI’s are achieved or exceeded, while maintaining thehighest level of data quality and compliance needs. - Collaboratewith operations management for implementation of any processchanges, while driving continuous improvement initiatives for theOCC. - Ensure regular alignment with operations management onproper KPI/productivity reporting and other applicable reports. -Review, understand and be knowledgeable of KNQSHE policies andregulations as well as GxP (Good Practices) compliance. - Attendfrequent Business Review Meetings with each area Healthcare leader. - Immediately report all improvements, concerns, and failures tothe correct National team. - Coordinate with national healthcareteams. Identify and communicate potential gaps in processes to OCC& CCL Leadership Teams to continuously improve processes andpractices to increase productivity and efficiency. Your Skills andExperiences - Bachelor's degree in International Relations orrelated fields - + 4 years of experience in Reefer operationsprocesses - + 2 years of experience in commercial development -Fluent in English #J-18808-Ljbffr Logistics
