We are looking for a highly organized Studio IT technician for our site in Medellin. As the Studio IT technician, you will be responsible for studio equipment, maintenance, and assisting with protocol planning and implementation. You will ensure that clients can safely use the studio and maximize its potential for their projects. Responsibilities: Timely incident resolution, escalation, and problem analysis. Monitoring game performance, availability, uptime, and supporting data collection and content optimization. Collaborating with teams and clients on new table releases, maintenance, configuration changes, and incident reports. Optimizing daily work processes for efficiency and accuracy in training, documentation, and procedures. Setting up and maintaining firewall configurations. Assisting with DVR and CCTV operations. Managing maintenance, inventory, and retrieval of studio equipment, including audio, video, and gaming items. Supervising installation of audio and video equipment. Adjusting light and camera settings. Supervising support team to ensure proper functioning of all equipment. Creating support materials such as guides, manuals, and flow diagrams for technical processes. Performing and supervising maintenance of company equipment. Working with remote teams on IT tasks and projects. Testing software and hardware in production areas. Identifying, planning, and executing system updates and changes. Acting as a communication point between departments and external providers. Updating studio management regularly on issues and updates. Requirements and Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal English skills. Attention to detail and care to prevent errors. Interpersonal and relationship management skills. Flexibility to work different hours, including weekends and holidays. Experience in live studios, TV, or internet broadcasting is a plus. Preferably 6+ years of experience. Proficiency with office tools. Experience with video editing software. Knowledge of CCTV systems and camera mounting. AutoCAD management skills.
