**Location**: Medellín - 100% On-site **Position**: Crisis Manager **Salary**: Competitive **Industry**: Healthcare / Technology **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead end-to-end incident lifecycle: management, escalation, communication, investigation, and resolution. - Serve as escalation point, identify bottlenecks, and create action plans. - Ensure timely business updates and coordinate with technical/internal teams. - Document post-incident steps and contribute to knowledge base updates. - Develop incident management process improvements and maintain incident metrics. - Participate in on-call rotations and be available outside of standard business hours. **You should have**: - BS/BA in Computer Science or related field. - **5+ years of experience** in technical or leadership IT roles (e.g., Systems Analyst, Network Engineer, Developer). - Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks (preferred). - Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. - **English level: B2 minimum.** We look for professionals who are: ✔ Results-driven ✔ Assertive communicators ✔Detail-oriented & analytical ✔Calm under pressure and great with prioritization Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
