All About The Role Make an Impact as a Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (SPD), Advisors Client Services. You will be responsible for the successful delivery and implementation of a comprehensive SaaS platform analytics solution that enables data ingestion, validation, and insight generation for clients. Your role involves working closely with the Product team to execute customer support and analytical services, developing a deep understanding of product features, and utilizing them to drive client value. Your Responsibilities Understand project objectives and ensure timely delivery. Develop delivery artifacts and support the product delivery process. Contribute to data ingestion, validation, analysis, reporting, and insights. Support client solutions delivery and research problem requests. Analyze project data and report on performance metrics. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Act as a liaison between clients and product development teams. Research and deliver solutions for complex problems. All About You Experience in delivering strategic initiatives in financial services. Knowledge of business analysis, data ingestion, validation, and process frameworks. Proven experience as a business analyst, with client engagement skills. Deep understanding of Mastercard Data & Services capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative mindset. All About Your Education & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Skills in statistical software, SQL, data visualization. Fluent in local language and English; additional languages a plus. Knowledge of financial services sector. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; project management tools a plus. Willingness to travel.
