Job Title: Network Voice Engineer "> The company is seeking a Network Support Specialist who will be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, test and apply corrective actions, and participate in change reviews as needed. The candidate will work alongside a talented team of experts to plan and execute routine network changes, troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages, and maintain excellent communication with our end customers, project managers, and service engineers. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of working experience in Networking, minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge, and experience with Network security, WAN. Additionally, they should have knowledge in configuring QoS on Cisco switches to prioritize voice traffic and ability to diagnose packet loss in VoIP networks. Preferred skills include experience with BGP, Software Defined Networking (SDN) based on Cisco ACI, Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load Balancers, NSX, and experience with Ansible automation.
