We are not flexible with this. We’re hiring THE CSM. The person who will own our client relationships, protect retention, and help us scale to $200K/month without churn chaos. This is a mission-critical role. You’ll be the face of our brand to 7 & 8 figure staffing firm owners. You’ll be their strategic partner, not their yes-man. You’ll lead weekly syncs, manage expectations, spot red flags before they blow up, and keep internal teams sharp and accountable. This role is 90% remote. You will be required to meet with me in person once every 2 weeks. I live in Medellin as well. Outside of this, no other meetings are required. What You’ll Actually Do - Run structured weekly and bi-weekly calls with clients - Set clear expectations around timelines, scope, and delivery - Hold firm boundaries and push back when clients go off-track - Deliver bad news with strength. Not excuses - Show up with confidence, clarity, and control every day. - You will be responsible for around 10 clients at the time of onboarding. With capacity moving up to 20 clients at the maximum. - Convert client requests into clear tasks for internal team (cold email campaign briefs, content, SEO.) - Track weekly progress inside our CRM, ClickUp - Anticipate and solve issues before they impact retention. You will be measured by how long your accounts retain. Clients MUST retain more than 6 months when under your management. - Keep all parties, client and team, moving toward results Strategic Thinking - Advise clients on what to say yes/no to (what helps vs. distracts) - Drive ROI and campaign performance through strategic nudges - Collaborate with the founder on account strategy and retention systems - Contribute to client playbooks, systems, and scaling frameworks - You’ve led high-value client accounts (ideally $3K–$10K/month retainers) - You’ve handled pressure calls, tough feedback, and client chaos — and came out stronger - You have zero tolerance for disorganization, you live in the CRM and Slack - You don’t “wait for instructions”, you drive initiatives yourself - You can speak with authority even when you’re 70% sure - You can push back on clients and still make them feel cared for - You want a seat at the leadership table. Not another “CSM” badge - You need scripts to feel confident - You confuse being nice with being effective - You wait for permission to take initiative - You crumble when a client gets frustrated - You want “easy” - this is lean, high-stakes growth. There is no room for B players. - You’re looking for fluff, titles, or ego boosts. We're a startup, there's no time for games. - $4,000/month USD to start - Clear path to $6K/month + Head of Success within 6–12 months. Based on performance, you will be able to earn $8k/month after 12 months. - Work directly with the founder, PM, and delivery leads - Join us early and build the entire client success function with us - 100% remote, async-friendly culture. Work hours are 9 am to 5 pm CST, at the minimum.
