The Technical Account Manager (TAM) ensures clients'successful onboarding, integration, and support using our inventoryoptimization solution. This hands-on, technical role bridges clientengagement with data and system expertise, requiring codingproficiency and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities -Client Collaboration:Partner with clients to define and documenttheir data integration needs. - Educate clients on datarequirements, formats, and best practices. - Data Integration &Validation;: - Support clients in extracting and validating data,ensuring accuracy and integrity. - Conduct detailed analysis ofinitial data sets, addressing discrepancies proactively. -Technical Configuration & Automation: - Build and optimize SQLqueries, and API requests, and configure internal tools. - Designscripts and workflows to automate routine data extractionprocesses. - Provide technical insights during pre-sales todemonstrate how our solutions align with client needs. - Deliverongoing support to ensure successful solution implementation andadoption. Requirements: Tech Skills & Qualifications - 4+ yearsin technical roles like TAM, Data Analyst, or Developer. -Proficiency in SQL, scripting (Python/ Ruby), and data processing. - Experience with APIs, ERP, and BI applications. - Familiaritywith YAML, JSON, ERPs, databases, and ETL data pipelines. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Industrial and Management or related fields. - Fluent in Spanishand English - 3+ years in client-facing roles providing technicalsupport, consultancy, solutions or account management. - Ability totranslate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholderseffectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sales
