Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist Company Overview: Equisoft is a global provider of digital solutions for insurance and investment, recognized by over 250 of the world's leading financial institutions. As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Equisoft, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our deliverables. You will be responsible for reviewing specifications, identifying test requirements, and developing comprehensive test plans and cases. Your expertise in AI and LLM tools will be leveraged to generate test cases and identify potential edge cases. Key Responsibilities: - Review specifications to ensure full understanding of deliverable - Understand and identify test requirements from specifications or verbal communications - Leverage AI and LLM tools to generate comprehensive test cases and identify potential edge cases - Develop, document, and maintain clear and concise functional test plans and test cases - Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results - Conduct a range of functional, integration, regression, and performance tests - Ensure deliverables meet specifications and requirements - Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes - Liaison with development, project management, and customer on quality and project scope and deliverables - Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and communicate through appropriate channels - Participate in key ceremonies throughout the project lifecycle - Collaborate in an Agile environment along with a dynamic team composed of software developers, architects, and project managers - Take ownership of Quality at every stage of the delivery process Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or information technology - 3-5 years of experience in a similar position - Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms for QA processes - Test management tools such as TESTRAIL, AIO Tests - Work management tools such as JIRA - Experience with Quality Assurance processes - Knowledge of financial and/or insurance industries is a strong asset - Knowledge of relational databases and scripting automated tests (SQL, SoapUI, Selenium, Neoload C#, Java) - Strong knowledge of Excel and Macros programming - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish - Good written and verbal communication skills in English Soft Skills: - Strong sense of organization and prioritizing - Commitment to delivering quality results on time - Proven ability to prioritize effectively under pressure - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to communicate, write, and synthesize information - Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment - Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline Nice to Have: - Knowledge of financial and/or insurance industries is a strong asset - Knowledge of prompt engineering for testing purposes Equisoft is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
