UI/UX Designer Position As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our web and mobile applications. Your primary responsibilities will include creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences. - Analyze user feedback and usability testing results to inform design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. - Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation. - Define and optimize information architecture to enhance usability and accessibility. - Develop site maps, user flows, and navigation models. - Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable feedback. - Iterate on designs based on user testing results and stakeholder feedback. - Design and specify user interactions and behaviors. - Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and functionality. - Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals. - Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in related field of study. - 6+ years of professional working experience. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma). - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Experience with responsive design and mobile app design. - Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
