About the Role As a Customer Success Manager, you will be essential in helping our customers succeed with our products and services. You will serve as the primary contact, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, adoption, retention, and growth. Your responsibilities include proactively managing accounts, setting benchmarks, conducting business reviews, reviewing product usage and feedback, and suggesting enhancements to improve customer experience. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of 150+ clients, supporting them throughout their journey post-implementation, including onboarding, adoption, and expansion. Become an expert in our products and services, staying updated on new features and sharing best practices with customers. Drive brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, and advocacy. Act as the owner and primary contact for customer accounts, monitoring for areas of improvement and resolving issues promptly. Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling. Focus on net dollar retention and churn prevention, prioritizing customer experience and loyalty. Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Support, Product, and Marketing teams to gather and act on feedback. Utilize data to inform decisions and improve customer experience, and mentor team members. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in fintech. Experience with ERP, accounts payable, ChurnZero, Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, and analytics tools is a plus. Strong understanding of fintech industry and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong written and oral communication skills. Enthusiastic, proactive, committed, and professional. Ability to create compelling client presentations and gather complex requirements. Experience engaging with all organizational levels, from executives to staff. Project management skills and accounting knowledge, including CPA or similar certification, are preferred.
