Description In Gps Trackit we are looking for a Customer service representative after hours from anywhere in Colombia. This role will be responsible for providing the necessary support to customers when faced with issues that require assistance. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve situations efficiently will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high quality standards in our service. Responsibilities and Functions: Place replacement/exchange/RMA orders.Perform verification of product and/or service installations.Troubleshoot GPS problems.Attend to ELD questions and troubleshooting.Address software questions.Attend to invoice and general account inquiries.Perform deactivation of accounts and units and such other functions as in the judgment of the employer must be performed; in accordance with the regulations in force on the subject and the nature and hierarchical position of the position held by the employee.Requirements: Minimum six months in bilingual customer service.Have a C1 or C2 level of English.Vacancy Conditions: After-hour schedule.Access to corporate benefits.Why work with us?
