Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Manager This is a high-calibre opportunity to drive strategic financial planning and enhance decision-making across the organisation. The FP&A; Manager will act as a key business partner, providing clear, data-driven insights to both internal and external stakeholders. - Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the development and management of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets. Deliver rolling forecasts based on historical performance, market trends, and strategic business objectives. - Financial Analysis: Analyse financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Deliver insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic and operational decisions. - Management Reporting: Produce high-quality, actionable financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership. Ensure clarity, accuracy, and timeliness in all reporting deliverables. - Strategic Business Planning: Partner with business leaders to align financial planning with the company's medium- to long-term strategic goals. Support investment decisions with robust financial modeling. Key Skills: - Strong analytical and advanced financial modelling skills. - Proficient in management reporting and KPI development. - Solid knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS).
