Lot Squared focuses on the luxury market. Stony Creek focuses on mid-market homes. This role works exclusively for DC HomeBuyer, which handles home acquisition for both. Our deep commitment to ethical practices and above-and-beyond service has established us as a trusted partner in the DMV real estate market. **Key Responsibilities**: **Relationship Management and Support** - Provide comprehensive support to sellers throughout the entire process - Handle evening and weekend communications with owners as needed - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-difficulty opportunity sellers - Ensure consistent follow-up and communication with all parties **Transaction Coordination**: - Coordinate with third-party vendors (attorneys, moving companies, realtors - Assist sellers in finding new living accommodations - Manage short sale negotiations when applicable - Oversee deal funding and closing processes - Drive post-contract progress to ensure timely closings **Process Development and Management**: - Monitor timeline status and mitigate owner-related risks to deal success - Create and maintain efficient handoff procedures between teams - Research and implement property owner solutions - Collaborate with consultants to define and optimize the Seller Success Process **Qualifications**: - Proven track record in client relationship management - Strong project management and coordination skills - Excellence in communication and problem-solving - Experience in real estate transactions preferred - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends **Experience** - 2+ years in customer success or relationship management - Background in real estate or transaction coordination preferred - Track record of managing complex client relationships - Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and vendors **Compensation** - Competitive base salary - Performance-based incentives - Comprehensive benefits packaage - Paid time off including holidays, vacation, and personal day - **Application**: If you're passionate about helping property owners through important transitions while maintaining the highest standards of service and support, we want to hear from you
