About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting month-end close, and delivering accurate financial insights to our clients. You’ll work closely with the Service Delivery Leader and collaborate with a team that values clarity, simplicity, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries Assist with month-end and year-end close Prepare financial reports and analyses for clients and internal teams Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies Communicate with clients to gather financial data and provide support Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial records Track time, manage timesheets, and meet utilization targets Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field GAAP certification At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience Proficiency in QuickBooks, Bill.com, Excel, and other accounting tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused mindset #Sourcing Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Pregunta(s) de postulación: - Tienes experiencia manejando QuickBooks Experiencia: - contaduria: 2 años (Obligatorio) Idioma: - Ingles Avanzado (Obligatorio)
