Colombia is establishing Pavco Wavin's first Technology and Innovation Center for Latin America, dedicated to developing products for drainage and water supply systems . We are currently seeking a Mid-level Product Development Engineer to join us in Bogotá, Colombia . If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, read on. Deliver Latin America innovation projects on time, within resources and budget. Translate requirements into concepts. Refine concepts with stakeholders and experts. Lead testing solutions. Collaborate with process and material experts and local production on industrialization. Support and inspire fellow engineers to find optimal solutions. Possess key technical knowledge of production processes and product design. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechatronics Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. Experience in developing plastic products, including injection molding, extrusion, and other processing methods. 3+ years managing complex projects, demonstrating organizational and proactive skills. Experience with 3D modeling tools like SolidWorks or CAD. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English .
