**Requisition Number**: AMER29127 **Employment Type**: Full-time **Location**: Bogota **Job Summary**: The GBS Global Customer Operations (GCO) Logistics Analyst provides support to the Global Supply Chain organization. Ensure all activities are completed regarding finished goods shipments between the Node 1’s and the main plants regarding transportation and delivery tracking, order management, distribution & compliance controls, communication and other related tasks. **Principal Duties and Responsibilities**: - Subject matter expert for finished goods shipments between the Node 1’s and resource for other GCO team members and Global Supply Chain functions. - Executes frequent cross functional communications and coordination activities. - Develop business partnership with Node 1 distribution, planners/buyers and management team - Proactively highlight and expedite any service risk before they occur. - Develop in-transit reporting including targets between Node 1 to Node 1 - Collects and analyzes data and generates standardized reports through various tools to make bottlenecks visible and identify opportunities for improvement. - Identify, investigate, and review compliance aspects of any import/export activity with the responsible manager - Processes inquiries and coordinates with other functions to prioritize outbound. - Reviews distribution and compliance controls that is impacting Node 1 to Node 1 shipments. - Work with the key carriers and use their track & trace information - Understands impact of customer referencing rules or batch determination on FG flows and verifies for alternative batches to ensure timely delivery. - Handles escalations when needed and communicates openly and frequently. - Supports GCO to execute demand allocation/forced backorders. - Host and lead recurring coordination meetings with global supply chain leaders. - May be designated to support specific region based on volume and/or complexity. - Support cross functional process improvement initiatives and projects. - Miscellaneous duties as needed. **Expected Areas of Competence**: - Ability to formally communicate at all levels of the organization in written and verbal form. - Highly analytical, high ethical standards, organized individual with ability to process details efficiently and accurately and exhibits excellent follow up. - Ability to interpret CPR/batch determination rules and business impact. - Ability to multi-task, multiple priorities. - Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. - Ability to collaborate cross functionally with other departments and with a variety of corporate team members. - Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems - Familiar with carrier track & trace formats or ASN data - Problem solving and analytical assessment capability. - Accuracy, attention to detail and timely follow through are critical. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Ability to quickly learn new software systems: DCS, SAP, CPR, JDE, Livelink, etc. - Proven ability to work under pressure and successfully handle multiple priorities while promoting a friendly and engaging work environment. - Ability to handle high workload and drive department metrics. Ability to perform other duties, as assigned. **Education/Experience Requirements**: Education: - Minimum of bachelor’s degree required Work Experience. - 3+ years of related experience with a proven record of strong performance. Preferred experience in supply chain or manufacturing. - Strong organizational and time management skills - Successful experience with completing complex, high pace projects - Demonstrated communication skills and ability to use quantitative analyses to translate business data into concise and compelling actions Other Experience. - Wide range of computer skills such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP, JDE, XA preferred) - Negotiation skills and management via influence - Effective communication and partnering skills - Preferred communication experience with customers. **Travel Requirements**: Less than 5%
