We are seeking for our client, a respected IT & Consulting Company focused on IT Quality Assurance a full-time Senior Deployment Engineer to join their ASCERA team in North America. Objectives This role involves working with large, forward-thinking organizations to deploy, integrate, and optimize ASCERA-an innovative continuous controls monitoring solution. ASCERA automates evidence collection, helping organizations stay secure and compliant with NIST 800-171, CMMC, DFARS, FedRAMP, and other security frameworks. What you would do & responsibilities Compliance Expertise - Apply NIST 800-171, CMMC, DFARS, FedRAMP, and ISO 27001 compliance standards to ASCERA implementations, helping clients achieve and maintain compliance. Optimization & Innovation - Continuously improve ASCERA deployments by optimizing security configurations and making recommendations for enhancements. Knowledge Transfer - Provide hands-on training and documentation to ensure customers can manage and expand their ASCERA deployments effectively. Product Feedback - Gather customer insights and relay feedback to the development team, aiding in the continuous refinement of ASCERA. Qualification/Certification requirements 4+ years of Splunk experience (Splunk Enterprise Security preferred). Experience in SIEM implementations, including data normalization, log ingestion, and security analytics development. 5-10 years of experience in IT Operations and Security. Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CMMC, DFARS, FedRAMP, ISO 27001). Ability to analyze, document, and solve complex security and data-related challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
