We are looking for a systems thinker to help us bring together the data, process, and platform with regard to our revenue operations. This combined role provides collaboration with three teams, marketing, sales, customer success operations and allows a cohesive, united approach for our GTM strategy. This role is a player-coach: we need someone who can get their hands dirty building workflows but also can generate executive-level reports. **Responsibilities**: - Overseeing the marketing and sales funnels and streamlining and optimizing processes in Hubspot. - Preparing reports for cross departmental and leadership usage. - Creating and carrying out KPI’s to track rates through each stage of the funnel and analyze pertinent data to make sound recommendations of how to improve performance with a focus around automation. - Managing the marketing and sales tech stack ensuring streamlined processes and data quality. - Analyze sales, marketing and customer success funnel for trends, activities, and recommend areas for improvement, savings potential and avoiding risks. - Tracking and reporting on sales rep activities and impact to the sales opportunity funnel. - Assessing current marketing and sales tech stack to determine gaps, areas for improvement and opportunities for growth and staying up to date with the latest and greatest sales and marketing automation tools to help us out-perform our competitors. - Ensuring that new business opportunities and renewals are documented correctly, and that forecasting and reporting are reliable. - Administration of sales and marketing platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, etc to ensure the leads run smoothly through the sales funnel. - Coordinating with Sales Enablement on sales rep onboarding in relation to sales processes and tools; training all reps on any new processes and tools. - Available as the day-to-day point person for marketing and sales with regards to technical issues with tools. **Requirements**: - Bs/Ms in Business Administration or related field. - 2-3 years of Hubspot administration experience, including integrating with other systems of choice and customization. - Platform integration and data analytics and reporting expertise to enhance Hubspot reporting (e.g. Snowflake, Tableau) - The ability to manage data in a way that will generate customer lifecycle and full-funnel reporting - Documentation of sales and marketing processes. - Proficiency in English. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. **What we offer**: - Flat hierarchy, fast-thinking, open communication and team spirit from across 20+ countries - A high degree of autonomy - Fully remote and flexible working hours - Competitive salary, stock options, and retirement plan - Paid time off (vacation, sick & public holidays), family and parental leave - MacBook - “Never stop learning”-model with our comprehensive e-learning platform - Annual learning & development budget for external education **About us** As a start-up making cutting-edge AI technology, we have big aspirations.
