As a Banking Analyst at the SSO Andean team, you will report directly to the SSO Andean Finance Manager. Your responsibilities include balance sheet reconciliations, contract terminations, payroll processing, and other activities as assigned. What your day-to-day will involve: - Providing technical support to hotels on bank reconciliation issues - Communicating regularly with properties, especially income analysts across Colombia - Preparing reports on bank reconciliations and balances for reviews and audits - Supporting and reviewing payment controls for hotel accruals Collaboration: - Holding periodic meetings with hotel finance directors to review reports and journals - Reviewing internal policies and procedures with team members Projects you'll own: - Planning strategies to improve internal processes for efficiency - Implementing treasury processes aligned with legal and Hilton policies WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT Minimum qualifications: - At least 6 months of experience in treasury processes - Knowledge of bank systems like BBVA, Bancolombia, Banco Av Villas - One year of experience with Excel - Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, such as Word and Outlook Working at Hilton: Hilton, the #1 World's Best Workplace, is a leading hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world-class brands.
