About The Role The RFE Paralegal will work directly with legal support staff and attorneys on drafting, fact-finding, and revising cases submitted to USCIS that require additional evidence. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in family-based or humanitarian immigration. Strong organizational skills and experience editing legal documents are essential. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST (40 hrs/week). Pay rate: $9/hr. Key Responsibilities Review case documents for inconsistencies. Analyze case files and background checks. Coordinate with clients and document specialists. Draft cover letters, RFE responses, and legal documents. Ensure accuracy of immigration applications. Assist in drafting legal plans and reviewing submissions. Qualifications Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail in handling legal documents. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines. Experience with various immigration applications preferred. Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, Dropbox, Salesforce, etc. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or paralegal certification preferred; relevant experience can substitute. At least one year of experience in family-based or humanitarian immigration.
