We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Leader to spearhead the development and implementation of procurement strategies across various categories. Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sourcing activities for packaging, CAPEX, energy, and indirect expenses. They will foster strong partnerships with business leaders to drive procurement strategies and develop a multi-disciplinary sourcing team of 7 direct reports. Key responsibilities include overseeing supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract management, particularly for high-value spend. The Strategic Sourcing Leader will also communicate procurement strategies, risks, and performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. In addition, they will lead the development of a regional procurement team and support cross-functional collaboration with Operations, FS&Q;, R&D;, Supply Chain, and HR. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum 7+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement with a focus on Packaging, CAPEX, Energy, and general expenses/indirects. - Experience in the Food & Beverage sector is preferred, but candidates from other industries with relevant experience are also considered. - Strong team leadership capabilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams across multiple regions. - Ability to align procurement strategies with broader business objectives and drive organizational change. - Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish (Spanish is a plus but not essential). - A track record of driving cost optimization, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
