Job description About the Role We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Logistics Account Executive to join our Villavicencio office. This is an in-office position (not remote) designed for professionals who want to grow in the U.S. freight market, offering transportation services across the USA and Canada. You will be prospecting new shippers, managing freight loads, and helping us grow our book of business. ⸻ Requirements • Must live in Villavicencio (no exceptions) • Fluent English (spoken and written) • Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation • Sales experience or strong commercial mindset • Office-based (not remote) ⸻ Responsibilities • Prospect and onboard U.S.-based shippers • Build and manage carrier relationships • Coordinate with dispatch/ops team for load execution • Negotiate pricing and secure margin • Use CRM to track and follow up accounts • Meet performance goals and KPIs • Work under a U.S.-based freight model ⸻ Compensation • Salary contract with all law payables + commission and bonus • Uncapped earnings (high-performance = high-income) • Monthly team bonuses + incentives • Full training and playbooks provided • Long-term career potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
