Software Engineering Leadership Role We are seeking an accomplished software engineer to take on a leadership role within our organization. This individual will be responsible for driving technical strategy, overseeing cross-functional projects, and guiding teams to build efficient systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting solutions across teams, with a focus on clean architecture and microservices. They will possess the ability to lead and influence technical direction, drive the adoption of best practices, and set technical standards within and across teams. - Key Responsibilities: - Define technical strategy for projects that span multiple teams, aligning architecture with broader company objectives. - Take ownership of organization-wide challenges, ensuring smooth project rollouts and removing roadblocks before they appear. - Champion high standards for code quality, testing, and CI/CD, mentoring engineers across teams and driving the adoption of best practices. - Collaborate closely with team leads and managers, giving feedback that supports team and organizational goals. - Mentor and guide engineers across teams, simplify complex architectures for maximum efficiency. Requirements: - 8+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and Redis, with the strategic vision to guide projects at a high level. - Extensive experience in software development, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing high-quality, complex software systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical challenges effectively. - Working proficiency in English.
