Campaign Management Role We are seeking a skilled Campaign Manager to work with advertising agencies and brands directly to execute campaigns, measure their effectiveness, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Execute timely campaign launches with high accuracy in setup and maintenance - Manage daily campaign reporting and escalate issues as needed to ensure on-time delivery and key performance metric achievement - Proactively optimize advertiser campaigns by analyzing performance data and making informed recommendations to improve performance - Collaborate with third-party ad servers, clients, trafficking teams, and internal sales staff on creative specifications, submissions, and ad trafficking - Oversee the QA process, including testing all assigned creatives - Transform raw data into actionable insights using our internal systems - Create reports to help team members track performance, improve efficiency, and reduce waste - Analyze data to identify trends, behaviors, and relationships related to maximizing Advertising/Marketing ROI Requirements: - Proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and manage campaigns in multilingual markets - Education in marketing/advertising, statistics, mathematics, business, economics, management information systems, or related fields - Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly - Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations - Familiarity with advertising, media, and direct response marketing data is preferred but not required - Experience working on digital marketing platforms: Meta/Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, The Trade Desk, DV360, or any other DSPs is preferred but not required Work Environment: - The Campaign Manager role typically involves extended periods of sitting while working with office tools, including computers, phones, and other modern workplace technologies - Campaign Managers usually maintain a standard 40-hour, 5-day workweek; however, additional hours during evenings or weekends may be required to meet project deadlines or address urgent issues
