The role involves leading sales processes such as variable payments administration, quota setting, and user training. The successful candidate will maintain, access, and analyze sales data to administer field sales compensation, develop incentive plans, and provide data analysis and performance metrics to support decision-making. Responsibilities include: - Leading periodical processing of incentive compensation payments, ensuring opportunity and quality standards. - Providing timely and accurate responses to sales management inquiries. - Generating ad hoc reports for the sales force and addressing their business needs. - Leading end-to-end quota setting and change processes, with a focus on continuous improvement. - Training end-users on the Sales Compensation plan. - Monitoring and analyzing incentives performance and sales activities to support management decisions. - Aligning with commercial teams and leadership to resolve topics related to sales compensation. - Participating in regional sales compensation meetings to align processes and propose improvements. - Supporting data analytics initiatives through data management, visualization, and storytelling. - Creating and monitoring KPIs to identify opportunities for process optimization.
